Refund Policy

We want you to love your gift. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
